Spring Savings Radio Auction Rules
- All radio auction bidding happens live on WLPO with your call to 815-223-3093
- By making a bid you are entering into an agreement to purchase the item
- Current bid and item availability will be updated on the air and online during the live auction
- Every auction purchase will be confirmed on air
- The WLPO Radio Auction has a 3 bid-per-call maximum
- In many cases you are purchasing a certificate to redeem at each business
- Every item will be sold at the auctioneer’s discretion
- Payment must be made in person at the Starved Rock Media studios with cash, check or credit card. We accept all major credit cards with a 4% processing fee added
- You must pay for and pick up your certificates at the Starved Rock Media studios across from IVCC in Oglesby Saturday April 18th between 2:00 and 4 p.m. or between at 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday April 20th through Wednesday April 22nd
- Deadline to pay for items is 5 p.m. Wednesday April 22nd. If we have not received payment by then, you will forfeit the item and the next highest bidder will be offered the item
- All sales are final. Items or services are purchased “as is”. Purchases are non-refundable, cannot be returned or exchanged and have no cash value. Starved Rock Media does not warrant any item purchased during the Radio Auction
